Cold Spring was incorporated into a Village on April 22, 1846.
Since then, there has been a tradition of a superior government
that works well with the people and those who come to visit.
Keeping that tradition alive are the current Mayor, Anthony Phillips, and the Board of Trustees: Edward T. Mancari, Karen E. Dunn, Seth J. Gallagher and Phillip Heffernan.
