What Makes Safram Sphynx So Special?
One of the things that makes Safram kittens so special is the way they
are raised. They are handled from birth in a loving environment, without being caged.
This is why so many people, including my veterianarian, say, "Your cats
are so friendly and well-behaved." The exposure to household noises, like
the vacuum cleaner and the television, and the exposure to other cats and
people, make Safram Sphynx very well adjusted.

Having been a teacher for the past 35 years,
as well as a mother and cat breeder for the past 25 years, has given me
a lot of experience in child psychology and cat behavior. Since Sphynx
are very child-like, many of the things that go into raising and teaching
children apply to them as well. Some of these things include: providing
educational toys and mental stimulation, lots of hugs, and a clean,
safe environment.
My cats are very pretty and personable and have done very well at shows. However, it is more important to me to raise great healthy pets for people than to win ribbons. |

It has been said by those who find the Sphynx unusual looking, that what
the cat lacks in looks, it makes up in personality! If you want an intelligent
lap cat, get a Sphynx! They seek warmth from each other, from other cats,
from other animals, and from humans. Their affectionate nature is addictive
and most people who own them can not stop at owning just one.
