Croton Point Park is a Westchester County park located near the Croton
Harmon Railroad Station, accessible by car, bike or foot over
a bridge. The Point is home to an archaeological dig, wine cellars which are over a hundred years old, a model aviation air field,
a recently opened beach, a wildflower meadow (the reclaimed Croton dump),
and a handful of cabins, leantos and campgrounds.

Occassionally the park hosts crafts fairs, music festivals and
other events, such as the annual shadfest, featuring a cook out of Hudson River Shad, a boney but tasty
fish.
Of course, its most remarkable feature is the beautiful view of the Hudson River.
