The views above show the living area of this 800 sq. ft. mini-loft in Manhattan.  The owner's eclectic mix of furniture and art mix with built-in cabinetry designed by Chip Bohl (above left.)

The views above show the galley kitchen, which has built-in cabinetry and shelving designed by Chip Bohl.  The base cabinets appear to float as they extend out through the kitchen doorway and wrap around the walls on either side.
