Features:  This playful design has a compact 24 ft. by 24 ft. footprint, but is actually much bigger because it is shaped like a cube balanced on edge.  The house is designed to take advantage of a steeply sloping lot, and its playful tilt makes it seem ready to tumble down hill!  The living areas and entrance are on the second floor, and vaulted ceilings, skylights, and an open floor plan give this level an airy and generous feel.

5 Set Package:  These are complete construction documents suitable for obtaining a building permit and construction.  Sets include floor plans, roof plan, typical wall sections, building cross sections, and construction details.  Reverse plans are available.  Sets do not include detailed electrical or HVAC plans, as these requirements vary due to local codes and regional climate differences.  Your locally licensed subcontractors will be able to provide this service.
