In the first floor plan, all of the major living spaces
are organized around a lakefront terrace allowing views of the water from
every room. The semi-circular layout of these rooms creates a
private outdoor living space that is still open to the expansive view.
The second floor bedrooms are laid out in the same manner, allowing water views from all rooms. Each bedroom is accessed from a balcony hallway that is open to the foyer and family room below.
