Our Chickens :
~ Live in outdoor shelters with continuous outside access to green grass, sunshine, fresh air and insects.
~ Are moved to new ground weekly, allowing pasture to regrow and insects to re-populate.
~ Produce a superior egg, high in vitamins A, D, & E, "good" cholesterol, essential fatty acids, CLA, and all the great things that come from living the good life as a chicken should!
Our egg–laying hens actually perform an important job for us here on the farm. We rotate them through the fields after the cows. The chickens break up the cow pies while looking for insects and improve the quality of the pasture for when the cows return 2 months later.
