    Using the 80/20 rule we can establish that 3 people sponsor 10 (30) each month over the next six month period and 15 people sponsor 5 each (75) over the next six month period.  After 6 months you would have 18 people on your first level and 105 on your second level.

Qualification Requirements

Allocation of Pool

  • Each qualifying person's share of the pool is determined by his/her total bonus check compared to the total value of the bonus checks of pool participants

  • It would work like this: Assume total company BV of $5,000,000 2.5% of $5,000,000 = $125,000 pool total

Assume there are five qualifiers: Bob, Jim, Mary, Lisa, and George.

  • Be one of the top 7 qualifiers.

  • In case of a tie, the two bonuses will be added together, then split 50/50.
