This page contains various things that I have created which you can download. There are forth programs and some Morrowind plug-ins and utilities, some c programs, etc. If you like the stuff a lot do me a favor and click on an ad once in a while, thanks

Morrowind

Morrowind is one of the coolest, most complex, most immersive, most addictive games I have ever played! The inclusion of a game editor was a really cool thing and it has allowed many cool plug-ins to be created. Here are mine. All plug-ins include a readme.

Plugins

  • pcc_imp_glass_shield.zip - Imperial Glass Shield - a non-cheating sheild that combines Imperial styling with that neat glowing green look of Morrowind glass
  • Smeradon
    • pcc_smeradon_17.zip - Smeradon - an interesting passage between Balmora and Seyda Neen
    • pcc_smeradon_patch_04.zip - a patch to fix two minor visual bugs in Smeradon. Requires Smeradon. Read the readme.
    • pcc_extended_smeradon_21.zip - a patch that extends Smeradon (adds many new cells, doubling the size) and kicks it up a notch. Requires Smeradon. It is compatible with pcc_smeradon_patch_04. Read the readme.
    • pcc_further_ext_smer_20.zip - a patch that extends Smeradon & Extended Smeradon even further. It also connects Smeradon to my Knaarus, Dunzar, and Xindaz Veft plugins. This results in a large dungeon that connects Solstheim, Caldera, Balmora, Seyda Neen, Suran, Hla Oad, Vivec, Mournhold, and many other places. Requires all of the Smeradon plugins. Requires Xindaz Veft, Knaarus, and Dunzar. It also requires both Tribunal and Bloodmoon. It is compatible with pcc_smeradon_patch_04. Read the readme.
      • pcc_further_ext_FIX.zip - this patch fixes a bug in Further Extended Smeradon that could most likely break the Bloodmoon Main Quest. Read the readme.
    • pcc_smeradon2DT_07.zip - connects Smeradon to xereau's "Dwemer Tunnels and Coprusarium Cavern.esp" plugin.
  • knaarus.zip - Knaarus - a long dungeon just south-east of Suran
    • pcc_east_knaarus_28.zip - East Knaarus - a patch that extends Knaarus to points East in Vvardenfell. Requires Knaarus and both expansions.
  • pcc_dunzar_02.zip - Dunzar - a long dungeon that connects Vivec and Mournhold. It corresponds 1:1 with the surface distance between the two cities. This is version 2. Needs Tribunal!
    • pcc_south_dunzar_01.zip - This adds two more exit/entrance points at the south end of dunzar. A few extra cells of dungeon are added. Requires Tribunal, Bloodmoon, and pcc_dunzar_02
  • word_use_fix.zip - This fixes some odd word-use errors in the game dialog and greetings.
  • pcc_tirfar_02.zip - This is a dungeon that was created as a test of my Imperial auto-generation software, ImpGen.
  • pcc_tarnog_az_02.zip - This is a sample dungeon that was created by my Daedric-style auto-generation software, DaeGen.
  • pcc_mzutti_03.zip - This is a sample dungeon that was created by my Dwemer-style auto-generation software, DweGen.
  • pcc_old_vorga.zip - This is a sample dungeon that was created using OM_gen, a program for auto generating dungeons in the Old Mournhold style. Requires Tribunal.
  • pcc_caves_of_llana.zip - This is a sample dungeon that was created using cavgen2, a program for auto generating cave dungeons. Warning: not as interesting or scenic as the other auto generated dungeons I've made.
  • pcc_tgorvaz_06.zip - Tgorvaz, The World's Smallest Dungeon!
  • pcc_mzerank.zip - Mzerank, a sample dungeon created by DwTGen, a program for auto-generating dungeons in the Tribunal huge Dwemer style. Requires Tribunal.
  • pcc_xindaz_veft_05.zip - This dungeon in Solstheim goes all the way to ... guess where? Note: may conflict with Ald Vendras V2 Moved and all versions after. Requires both Bloodmoon and Tribunal.
  • pcc_island_float_03.zip - Everyone has written a house plugin for Morrowind. So I tried my hand at it. This house is on a floating island rather high above Balmora. There are no cheating items and this island is not easy to reach. Screenshots are here.
  • pcc_sotha_house_03.zip - This is another house plugin. This one is in the city of Sotha Sil. Requires Tribunal. The plugin can only be used after completion of the Tribunal main quest.
  • pcc_sotha_sound.zip - This tiny plugin makes the ambient sound for Sotha Sil less annoying. Requires Tribunal and at least the first official Tribunal patch.
  • bm_dwemer_additions_16.zip - This plugin adds some dwemer ruins to Solstheim. Requires Bloodmoon (but not Tribunal).
  • pcc_bilocation_06.zip - This plugin adds a belt that enables bilocation (being able to almost be two places at once). Read the readme. There are bugs in the plugin but I have used it successfully through three characters.
  • pcc_bm_r_blade_02.zip - This plugin adds two variations of the riekling blade that look cooler and are short blade. Requires Bloodmoon.
  • aard_vetooch_20.zip - This plugin is a 100 level dungeon, in the style of the huge dungeons by Qwerty. Read the readme.
  • pcc_undead_vetooch_10.zip - This plugin links Aard Vetooch and Qwerty's The Undead Dungeons in several places so that they sort of become one combined dungeon. Requires Tribunal, Aard Vetooch and The Undead Dungeons. Read the Readme.
    • pcc_more_undead_vetooch.zip - adds even more connectors between the dungeons. Requires Tribunal, Aard Vetooch, The Undead Dungeons and Undead Vetooch. Read the Readme.
  • Caldera Cave Spot - This house plugin adds a cave in Caldera where you can store all of your stuff. Screenies are here.
  • pcc_femguards_tribunal_01.zip - This plugin changes the guards in the Tribunal expansion to females and alters their armor to make them much nicer to look at. Requires Tribunal.
  • pcc_femguards_BM_03.zip - This plugin changes the guards in the Bloodmoon expansion to females and alters their armor to make them much nicer to look at. Requires Bloodmoon.
  • pcc_karl_shortsword_02.zip - This plugin adds a cool looking glass and ebony short sword to the game. screen shot
  • pcc_dungeon_island_19.zip - Dungeon Island, a landmass with many dungeons on/under it. There is also an optional patch included that you can use to connect the Dungeon Island dungeons to Xindaz Veft. Requires Tribunal and Bloodmoon.
    • News as of Dec 2004 - Dungeon Island Conflicts with Ald Vendras V2 Moved and all newer versions.
  • pcc_glass_iron_spear_04.zip - A cool-looking glass and iron spear. Mmmmmmmmmm, bright green with black.
  • pcc_tr_bm_ingredients_01.zip - modifies the random_ingredients leveled list objects so that there is a chance of finding Tribunal and Bloodmoon ingredients in Vvardenfell. Note: it adds Wolfsbane. Requires Tribunal and Bloodmoon.
  • Bloodmoon Ice Spear - this modders resource is a fixed version of the unused Stahlrim spear mesh
  • Dungeon Island To Vogar Bridge - adds a bridge from Vogar to Dungeon Island. Requires both expansions and also requires Dungeon Island, Vogar and Ald Vendras. Note: if you have the most recent merged-into-one-plugin version of Ald Vendras it already includes Vogar.
    • News as of December 2004 - This conflicts with the V2 Moved version of Ald Vendras and all versions after.
  • Lob Shephli - Another large dungeon. It connects Gnisis, Dagon Fel, Vos and other points in Vvardenfell. Requires both Tribunal and Bloodmoon.
  • Thoogera - This is another large dungeon. It connects several exterior locations in Vvardenfell. Both Tribunal and Bloodmoon are required. A copy of this map of the entrance points is included. You should read the readme before installation.

Cheating Plugins

  • pcc_souka.zip - Sword Of Utter Kick Ass - a cheating weapon
  • pcc_mudcrab_door.zip - a quick cheating way to get to the merchant mudcrab from Balmora
  • pcc_doornet_v3.zip - This puts about 12 or so doors just outside of the south gate of Balmora, by the silt strider, which teleport directly to various towns in Vardenfell. This is a cheat. Read the readme if upgrading from version 1.
  • pcc_doornet_tr_02.zip - This plug in is designed to be used with my doornet plugin. This adds more doors just outside of Balmora which teleport directly to places in Mournhold. Needs Tribunal!
  • pcc_insane_chameleon_02.zip - This plugin adds a cheat for a 100% chameleon effect, controlled by the sneak key.

Morrowind Utilities

  • GenMod 3.1, by Jim Adam.
  • txt2esp4.zip- command line program to convert a specially formatted text file into a valid esp file. This allows other people to write perl scripts or POV-Ray scripts or java or c programs that can create files that can then be converted by txt2esp3 into esp files. Source included. Read the readme.
  • espjoin.zip - this command line utility joins multiple esp files into a new single esp file. Intended to be used with esp files created by txt2esp4. Read the readme.
  • impgen7.zip - This is the Imperial Dungeon generator. Includes C source. This needs espjoin and txt2esp4, so download those as well. Read the readme.
  • daegen4.zip - This is the Daedric Dungeon generator. Includes C source. This needs espjoin and txt2esp4, so download those as well. Read the readme.
  • dwegen2.zip - This is the Dwemer Dungeon generator. Includes C source. This needs espjoin and txt2esp4, so download those as well. Read the readme.
  • om_gen2.zip - This is the Old Mournhold Dungeon generator. Includes C source. This needs espjoin and txt2esp4, so download those as well. For Tribunal only. Read the readme.
  • cavgen3.zip - This is the cave dungeon generator. Not finished. Not as good as the other generators yet. Includes C source. This needs espjoin and txt2esp4, so download those as well. Read the readme.
  • sotgen1.zip - This is the Sotha Sil Dungeon generator. Includes C source. This needs espjoin and txt2esp4, so download those as well. For Tribunal only. Read the readme.
  • pregen1.zip - This is the Sotha Sil Pre style Dungeon generator. Includes C source. This needs espjoin and txt2esp4, so download those as well. For Tribunal only. Read the readme.
  • blugen1.zip - This is the Blue Mournhold style Dungeon generator. Includes C source. This needs espjoin and txt2esp4, so download those as well. For Tribunal only. Read the readme.
  • dwtgen1.zip - This is the huge Dwemer style Dungeon generator. Includes C source. This needs espjoin and txt2esp4, so download those as well. For Tribunal only. Read the readme.
  • strgen2.zip - This is the Stronghold Dungeon generator. Includes C source. This needs espjoin and txt2esp4, so download those as well. Read the readme.
  • comgen2.zip - This is the Common Dungeon generator. Includes C source. This needs espjoin and txt2esp4, so download those as well. Read the readme.
  • vesgen1.zip - This is the Velothi Small Dungeon generator. Includes C source. This needs espjoin and txt2esp4, so download those as well. Read the readme.
  • Tommy Khajiit has written a GUI frontend for my generators. Link is http://www.geocities.com/tommykhajiit
  • DunGen_01.zip - This is a collection of POV-Ray scripts that auto-generate dungeons. I wrote these before the C programs. POV-Ray is a copyrighted freeware 3d rendering package that happens to have a rather handy scripting language. Note: these scripts create text files, not esp files. You need txt2esp4 to convert these into esp files. Further note: these are not easy to figure out.
  • newcave3.zip - This is an early test version of a new type of cave generator that I am working on. It is more twisty, more 3d, more cavelike. This is a very unfinished and very limited alpha version. Source is included. This needs txt2esp4, so download that as well. Read the readme.

Here is the area for writings, either writings by myself or writings by other people that I consider important enough to be replicated on my page.

Render Notes Five

This is a command line utility for generating audio, based on commands in an input text file. In other words, it is a crude yet effective software synthesizer. It has been compiled and run successfully in windows (as a DOS (aka win32 console) program) and in linux on a little-endian (intel/AMD) architecture. It is written in C.

Current version is September 12 2008 - now with GPL-2
